Cassandra Hayes is a licensed and ordained minister and evangelist, Cassandra has been dedicated to outreach for over 20 years.She has served on community leadership boards, ministered to the incarcerated and the homeless and organized retreats, workshops and empowerment conferences.
Having worked in several areas of outreach and in the community, Cassandra was acknowledged as having a special call on her life. By answering that call and yielding to God , she has encouraged and empowered countless men,women , children and families. Through her selfless transparency, she is able to connect with, relate to, and comfort those from many walks of life.
Cassandra has spent many years under the leadership of powerful men and women of God. Her humility cleared the way for perseverance, discernment, and patience to positively impact the programs and activities that God entrusted her to complete.Being a faithful servant has made Cassandra the compassionate leader that God would have her to be.
Chasing after God has led to the birth of several impactful ministries. Cassandra chartered A.W.O.W., Anointed Women Of Worship, a praise dance ministry; J.A.S.A Just a Sister Away, a women's ministry; Designed for Destiny, a youth empowerment program, Iron 4 Iron a men's ministry and Empowerment 4 Now a weekly empowerment conference line for the community and reaching many from state to state. Along with other countless avenues that impact the local community.
Although every story of survival is different, Cassandra's victory over domestic violence is a story of strength, grace and faith. She uses her personal experiences and trails to empower others to overcome what seem to be insurmountable obstacles. As Cassandra is stepping into the next level of destiny which is pastoring. She is blessed to serve a God that didn't give up on her. To God be the glory for the things that he has done.
