Three Tips to Honoring God with Your Body

In 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 we are taught that our bodies are not our own and we are to honor God with our bodies. Do you know how to honor God with your body? Take a mindfulness journey to learn how to get back in touch with who God created. 


After this session, participants will:

  • Understand how eating pattern influences, childhood trauma, and chronic dieting have become strongholds in our lives. 
  • Learn the importance of fully nourishing and caring for our temples - body, mind, and soul.
  • Become aware of the power of emotions and feelings and how they can be used to turn us away from God.
