The Top FIVE secrets that NO Educator will tell you.

Have you ever asked yourself, what happening in our schools?  Why do they seem so broken?  Why does it seem as if we are never getting anywhere?  Why are our scores so low?  Why does it feel so lost?  Does anyone know how to fix it?

Here is what I will promise you…NO educator is asking those question.  NO educator is confused, unaware, and unsure as to how to answer those questions and fix the issues.  So, if that is true, then why are they not doing it?   That answer is two folded.

• No one is asking them.
• It is political/career suicide to open their mouth…so they don’t.

I am a proud educator with over thirty years of experience.  I have spent twenty years IN the classroom and another ten in administration including the principal’s role.  I have seen it.  I have lived it.  I have breathed it.  I have hurt for it.  And, I have gotten in action to change it.

My new book, “The Education System is Broken:  Strategies to Rebuilding Hope, Lives and Futures” not only pulls back the curtains to expose what is really happening but offers solutions as to how we can fix it.
