Be still. Sometimes that’s easier said than done, isn’t it? How is it possible to be still when our lives are filled with chaos, troubles, trials, burdens, fears, worries, heartaches, and all sorts of things that agitate our spirits and overwhelm us? In this session, based on Twila’s newest book, The Power to Be: Be Still, Be Grateful, Be Strong, Be Courageous (release date January 1, 2018), she will point you to the answers, equip you with important truths, and share the steps you can take to lower your stress and raise your hope and joy.


The Power to Be can be broken down into four topics: The Power to Be Still, The Power to Be Grateful, The Power to Be Strong, and The Power to Be Courageous. The four topics could also be combined into one talk, if needed.
