Temple Eating and Exercise

1 Corinthians 6:19-20 teaches us that our bodies are not our own and we are to honor God with our bodies. Eating to nourish and being active for good health have become lost in our modern day society in favor of the latest fad diet or exercise trend. Take a mindfulness journey to learn how eating pattern influences, childhood trauma, and chronic dieting have become strongholds in our lives that keep us from fully nourishing and caring for our temples - body, mind, and soul.
