A flexible weekend seminar covering a wide range of research-based, stress management principles: time management, rest, exercise, nutrition, relationships, cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, and the role of faith in stress management. Suitable for secular and faith-based audiences. Presented in one-hour increments for up to ten hours.
