This weekend will be one that is fun and yet will challenge the participant to take the next step in deepening her faith in Christ. We do this by remembering the acronym DUO. Session 1 will get us to cast Down any idols we may have that hinders us in our walk with Christ. Kim compares a shipwrecked crew from Gilligan's island, what baggage they may bring with our own lives. Fun but challenging! Session 2 will encourage the women to cast Upon the Lord all of the cares and anxieties. We will discuss fears and anxieties. Where do they come from? How do we get rid of them? Session 3 is the final step in reaching that next level in your walk (no matter where you are at the moment) by encouraging the ladies to cast Out into the deep water for a great catch! This session is based off of Luke 5:1-11 and will challenge the ladies to go just a bit deeper in their time with the Lord. The ladies will go from being a shipwrecked to castaway to a woman who can Cast-Away!!
