Searching for Significance

We all long to be significant, to matter. Laurie takes three monologues: Leah, known as the wife Jacob DIDN'T love; Miriam, sister of Moses who struggles with the leprosy of jealousy; and the mother of the little boy who gave Jesus his lunch to create a message that will resonate with any women who sometime struggle with feelings of insignificance.

As God tells Miriam in her monologue, "You are not called to be Moses, but you are called," Laurie encourages her audience to see how special and called by God each of them are.
