I have published an online coaching series about how to live a happy life. It is based off the quote by Eleanor Roosevelt, “Happiness is not an end goal; it is the by-product of a well lived life.” I explain 5 qualities of a well-lived life: Be Intentional, Be Forward Thinking, Be Thankful, Be Great – Not Perfect, and Be Generous.
This works well in a conference or training environment and can be broken into separate sessions to cover each quality.
It also works well as a keynote address and can also be condensed to do an overview of the entire series or highlight one of the 5 ways to have a well-lived life.
