What do you lead from? Whether it's intelligence, skill, power, or personality, everyone leads from something. Jesus led from joy. From the overflow of his relationship with the Father he led with joy, bringing that joy, freedom, healing, revelation, and love. and people followed.
Joy is not typically at the top of the list of important leadership qualities, but it's what set Jesus apart. C.S. Lewis said, "Joy is the serious business of heaven" and you too can become a joyful leader.
