Many of us today exercise regularly and that is certainly a worthy use of our time. But often we focus more on our physical core, that area of 29-30 abdominal muscles which actually entails all the body's muscles, instead of giving proper time to define our spiritual core which will enhance and protect our minds and bodies from the advances of the world.
This session will breakdown our physical core and how we diligently work to strengthen those muscles and how we can parallel those methods to build and workout our spiritual core for the kingdom of God.
