I waited and waited for something to change. I said the prayer, went to church and still, NOTHING happened. That is, until I realized, I wasn't waiting on God, He was waiting on me. When we think we can have one foot in the world and one foot in Christ, we are fooling ourselves. Control is our biggest enemy. God wants our full attention; He wants us to acknowledge Him in all our ways, not just when it suits us.
