We are called to die to ourselves daily. I love dead people! They don't get offended, they don't demand their rights, they don't get their feelings hurt if I don't wave at them in the church foyer (I am nearsighted), and they never argue!
We must choose each day to crawl up on the altar and live life sacrificially. It's possible! God tells us that it is a sin for fathers to exasperate their children, and I am His child! (Ephesians 6:4) It's a life choice that will allow God to be glorified in all circumstances, if we choose to die willingly!
