Christ Honoring Stress Management

Scripture tells us that we should not be anxious about anything. Tanya will help you learn how stress influences you physically, mentally, emotionally, and behaviorally and how you can apply biblical principles to create coping tools. 


After this session, participants will:

  • Have increased awareness about natural responses to stress, emotions, and feelings.
  • Understand how to apply mindful awareness with biblical principles. 
  • Have specific stress management and coping tools in their tool chest to manage and cope in a Christ honoring way.
