Boundaries for Women: Freedom to Say No Unless Called

Trained by Henry Cloud and John Townsend, I have regularly presented this topic to both professional and church groups empowering women to live out their priorities and begin or continue their battle with saying no to the bad so they can say Yes to the best and live out their callings and purpose.  Using Scripture and sound wisdom gained through years of counseling women who struggle with people pleasing, audiences will walk away committed to become pleasers of God instead of men. (Gal 1:10)

Learning about these concepts will help you set limits and still be loving, be free to speak your own thoughts and share your true feelings in love, choose to do things for others out of joy instead of guilt, and understand why you have difficulty changing aspects of yourself, your life, and your relationships with others. Having completed extensive in person training with the authors, Michelle can also design topics regarding their material on Safe People, Changes that Heal, Necessary Endings, How to Have That Difficult Conversation, How People Grow, Loving People, and Hiding from Love (understanding attachment styles such as secure, anxious and avoidant from a Biblical perspective).
