I know when you get up and prepare yourself for the workplace you make sure your hair, makeup and outward appearance is suitable for the day; but it's more to it than that for women of faith. The workplace is where we get to practice what we got our fill of on Sunday morning. I challenge you to put your Bible inside the desk drawer, remove all outward memorabilia that reference your faith, take Christian phrases like "have a blessed day" off of speed dial and be the Bible in thought, word and deed for one day a week until it becomes second nature to "act" like Christ. As women of faith we are tasked to be mindful of our actions so as not to criticize, judge, gossip, discriminate, and be envious of other women in the workplace but to exhibit patience and show kindness to everyone we come in contact with. When we become the Bible there is no longer a need for physical reminders that we are to be Christ-like.
