Coach Kate is a sought after national presenter and shares riveting stories of faith, and overcoming obstacles through strength in Christ. Due to her unique team focused background, she educates and motivates her audience to become involved and many times get up to move, interact and have fun while in her sessions.
She has held contracts with D1 college teams, and the Philadelphia Eagles (NFL), and has worked with Olympic Medalists from 7 sports. Even through her business, Institute of Athletic Movement, she focuses on teaching the mind-body-spirit connection through coaching and education.
She is blessed to speak in a variety of settings from churches and FCA to sports medicine and sports performance conferences on topics such as mindset, faith vs fear, living with strength and joy, movement enhancement, increasing performance, mental focus, reducing potential injuries and general nutrition.
Kate is a contributing author on health-related subjects for Stroll Black Creek Magazine and a member of Philanthropic Educational Organization which provides scholarships for women.
She is a vocalist with her church and has also held church leadership roles in emergency response, event planning, outreach and has even led a flashmob for Christ drawing awareness to growing rates of suicide in our youth.

I recommend Kate as a speaker. She is a clear and enthusiastic communicator, encouraging and building up those she is speaking to. She speaks authentically, with much wisdom and experience, being positive while challenging her audience to grow as well.

I was part of a presentation that was presented by Kate Decker in Myrtle Beach SC. She is a talented healthcare professional with a faith given talent of helping everyone she meets. Her presentation for us was designed for healthy exercises for people of all ages. It included bending, stretching, and relaxation. She also included simple chair exercises for the people that were not able to do the regular ones. We had several golfers in our group and she reached out to them with helpful tips on swinging the golf club for more distance. Everyone was so impressed with her and gave her a standing ovation. She is an exceptional speaker.

Coach KD has been a transformative force for our womens basketball program. Her expertise in strength and conditioning, combined with her holistic approach has not only made each player in our program better on the court, but equipped each with mental skills for life. One of the many impressive things about Coach is despite her large amount of knowledge, she is always learning and growing from experts across the field. Her humility, unrivaled work ethic, passion, and deep care for all athletes she works with set her apart and make her one of the best. Most importantly, she keeps faith at the heart of all she does and through her words and example shows others how to do the same. We are forever grateful for Coach KDs work with us!

I have asked Kate Decker to present several times at Conferences that I have helped coordinate. She is a very engaging and informative speaker who can adapt to all different demographics of students/attendees. I have witnessed Kate's ability to bring presentation attendees, with no prior relationships, into a cohesive and interactive group regarding topics ranging from sports medicine to Christianity. A conference would be Blessed to have her as a speaker!

She engages the audience, encourages audience participation, and supplements her talks with take-home information for further exploration.
