Emotional Weight Loss

Anger – Destructive anger has an anatomy to it. We do not experience anger as a feeling all by itself. Fear combined with various thoughts leads one to explode or implode. Learn how feelings of low self-worth are connected with destructive anger. Shame – The feeling of shame is about our very selves – not about something bad that we did or said but about what we are. We feel that we are unacceptable. Learn to separate who you are with what you do. Unforgiveness – Resentment, bitterness, holding on to painful thoughts are all ways that we carry unnecessary weight. We may be unaware of what we have accumulated over the days, weeks, and years not recognizing how it affects our relationships today. Learn how to let go of thoughts and experience freedom in your relationships. Each topic requires 60-90 minutes. All 3 sessions could be presented in an all day workshop.
