What is God like? Can He be trusted? Isaiah asks this question, "To whom, then, will you compare God? What image will you compare Him to?" Isaiah 40:18. And then Isaiah answers this question with a powerful message regarding God. Our God is big and bigger than we can even image and that should be a source of comfort and encouragement for God's people even when our problems seem bigger than God. It is a message of hope but also conviction when we choose something or someone not God to try to fulfill us. Our problems seem big only when our God is small. Our circumstances seem overwhelming when we lose sight of our magnificent God. This lesson will remind us who God is.....and will lead us to a higher view of the God who loves each of us more than we can know.
