Hello and welcome!  My name is Shannon Upton, and I'm a Christian speaker, blogger, and author.

I help women use a little organization to clear out their spiritual clutter so they can make room for joy!

I'm a dedicated wife and mother of three with a passion for living an intentional Christian life.  I speak about organization because want to help you live in the abundance of Christ—not in the abundance of stuff, or even stuff to do.  I want to help you clear out your spiritual clutter of negative thoughts and fears, the stumbling blocks of insecurity and anxiety we all face.

During my four-year struggle with a clinical anxiety disorder, I developed the concept of spiritual clutter and learned how to overcome it with a little organization and a heart of surrender to the Lord. Now I love to help women just like you become just “organized enough” to truly enjoy life.

My favorite ministry role by far is that of a speaker, informing and entertaining audiences while sharing my ministry message.  I love to share scripture, relatable personal stories, and real-life organizational techniques that will help you clear the clutter out of your schedule, home, and spirit.

I'm also the author of the Organizing You books, Biblically-based self-help books that will teach you how to clear out your own spiritual clutter. I've written two Organizing You group Bible studies, I offer Christian life coaching services, and I write a blog on which I offer several tremendous resources to help you live all in for Jesus. 

I believe that the Lord allowed me to struggle with clinical anxiety, and then healed me of it, for His purpose. I want to help you and the women of your church to clear out your spiritual clutter so you can fully enjoy your families and grow closer to the Lord.
