A Renovated Life, Coaching and Consulting was born from a dream God put in my heart to be a speaker, life coach and author. I left an excellent paying job in Nov. 2021 to step out in faith and obedience to pursue what I believe God has planned for me. For the past several years, I've been praying for God to show my His will for my life and I believe He has begun illuminating the path ahead.
As a corporate facilitator, I partner with organizations to help them create a culture that thrives in all circumstances – with a focus on leadership excellence. As a professional life coach and National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I am passionate about helping women find and pursue their own God-given purpose. Prior to my departure from the corporate world to life as an entrepreneur, I was a seasoned Human Resource professional with a focus in Training and Development and Corporate Wellbeing.
I am married and have one son currently serving in the US Air Force Special Warfare Unit. What matters most to me is my faith, family, friends, and fitness. I believe life is much more fun with people to share it with, lots of laughter, a dog, and a never-ending supply of dark chocolate!
My speaking uses some of my own struggles as the backdrop for understanding others and allows me to share with transparency and authenticity-peppered with humor.
