Karen Pennington is an anointed mess, flawed but perfected in Christ. She's the host of the Daily Adventures in Grace podcast, the author of two books, and a speaker who brings Scripture to life in relatable and practical ways that inspire deeper, more victorious living.

A podcaster committed to seeking the excellence, fun, and wisdom of God in daily living, Karen Pennington has also written articles for several national Christian publications. Her career has centered on education and Christian ministry, including local, regional and national lay ministries; curriculum development; and conference and seminar planning. She now enjoys substitute teaching and serving at her church.
Karen and her husband Ben live in Jamestown, NY. She considers church and family dinners- with granddaughter Amelia (the light of her life), daughter Alethea, and son-in-law Baker- the highlight of each week.
