Dr. Lisa M. S. Barrow is an author, speaker, researcher, professor, life coach and private investigator who inspires and encourages people to discover their true calling and potential in Christ.

Dr. Lisa M. S. Barrow relies on her God-given gifts of humor, teaching and encouragement to captivate the hearts of her audiences. Dr. Lisa is passionate about helping people to excel and to become all that God created them to become despite the challenges of life. She enjoys teaching on topics such as overcoming life's challenges, empowerment, motivation, leadership, entrepreneurship and realizing your true potential in Christ. 

Dr. Lisa is a born-again Christian who relies on insights derived from the Bible to guide people on their life’s journey. She believes that the workplace is her mission field and thus is passionate about creating healthier and more respectful work environments. 

Not only is she concerned about employees, Dr. Lisa is concerned about those whom have experienced difficult times and are seeking to rise above their situation. She candidly shares her experiences regarding life's struggles and how God brought her through each one. She believes that people go through situations so that we can eventually reach out and walk along someone else going through similar situations in the future. Dr. Lisa shares her insights regarding disappointment, loss and frustrations and how to overcome them. 

Dr. Lisa holds a Doctor of Management in Leadership and Management, a Master’s degree in Industrial Technology. She is currently completing a Master’s degree in Human Resources & Employment Law. 

Dr. Lisa is the author of two books, Hope for a Healthy Workplace: Introducing Philanthropian Leadership and In Darkness Light Dawns: Exposing Workplace Bullying. She also has written several academic and professional articles and has presented at professional and academic conferences. Dr. Lisa has appeared on several television and radio shows in Canada, South Korea, and the United States. 

When Dr. Lisa isn't at speaking engagements, researching and writing or helping others, she can be found cruising around the countryside on her big purple Harley Davidson motorcycle taking in the beauty in which God has so graciously provided.
