Dr. LaToya Wiggins is the CEO of She is Nourished, a wellness coach, self-care strategist, and transformational speaker who transitions women from worn-out to winning.

Dr. Wiggins' message transcends generations, but her speciality is supporting moms with transitioning from from worn-out to winning so they will no longer feel depleted but develop the necessary healthy habits to be nourished, renewed, and rejuvenated with biblical principles that bring peace instead of self-pity.
Dr. Wiggins provides a space for busy, Christian moms to get clear on their self-care and wellness needs and provides the right support, the right system, and the right accountability they need in order to transform into the best version of themselves through 1:1 coaching, group coaching, masterclasses, and workshops.
She has been featured in the Vision & Purpose Lifestyle Magazine and nominated for the ACHI Magazine Awards in the categories of Health and Wellness and Woman of Influence. Dr. Wiggins is also the co-author of the My Whole Self Matters Empowerment Journey Journal and The Purposed Woman 365 Devotional.
Dr. Wiggins received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia in 2011. In 2018, she received her certifications in health and life coaching from the Health Coach Institute. She is a wife, mother of 3 sons, physical therapist, and lover of health and wellness. Dr. Wiggins enjoys dancing, step classes, comedy shows, and traveling.
