More About Becky Harmon

Hi, I’m Becky Harmon,  I am the author of the Bold Identity Coaching System which was recognized by Georgia Senator Judson Hill as a character contributing program to our community in 2012. It is still our foundational leadership team for taking women out of sabotaging mindsets and into success quickly.  I am also the founder of Bold Spiritual Advanced Leadership For Women and the Bold Message program which was created specifically to help Christian women identify their strongest identity zones and then create their own discipleship or coaching program out of their own resurrection experiences.

My Identity

For over twenty-five years I have been passionate about seeing people transformed by Christ. In 2005, after an identity theft for almost a million dollars, I decided to resign my top sales job and prayer leadership in the church plant team we had moved to Atlanta to be part of, and launch my own Christian Coaching company. My mission is to help women build the kind of boldness that is clear, consistent and able to be multiplied once they receive their breakthrough.

I write on how to hear God personally in prayer, how to build consistency in your leadership, intimacy & teaming, identity and multiplying the work God and message God has created in your life. On occasion, I write and do video’s about subjects that will help you be productive in you are desiring to coach or disciple at a larger level.

My goal is to create compelling messages and practical strategies that you can execute immediately. If you desire to be a leader in your family and community and eventually become a Christian speaker or Christian Coach~this site is for you.

My Story

I have been part of teams for over thirty years, starting with Girl Scouts at age of 8 of which I traveled all over the United States as our troop was sponsored by Eastern Airlines. I was blessed to have this experience in my youth so it really gave me a love for adventure and the outdoors.

I began at my education at Florida State University,  where I majored in Criminology.  I worked at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement for a short time before returning home to start homeschooling my own children for 12 years. In addition to teaching my own children, Jay and I were part of a team that left Tallahassee to help church plant in Atlanta for EveryNation Ministries. It was then that I had an opportunity to be part of a top sales team for a couple years.

In 2005, I experienced an Identity theft that was so large the FBI had to get involved. My life changed dramatically in that one year as every part of my core identity seemed to crash and burn. This experience actually opened the door for me to become a national spokesperson for a leading identity company and do national television commercials.

Since then, I have written three more coaching manuals, grown my business internationally and launched three teams out of my programs within 10 years. I am absolutely blessed to be living my dream of teaching women how to live boldly for Christ and share their resurrection message in a way that makes disciples and enables them to grow thriving Christian Coaching businesses.

I am the wife of Jay, 30 years and mother of 4 children. I love being outdoors to decompress and working out in my yard in Atlanta.
