Cindi McMenamin is an award-winning writer and national speaker, who helps women strengthen their relationships with God and others.
She has more than 30 years experience ministering to women and inspiring them to let God meet their emotional needs, grow stronger through their alone times, and pursue their dreams with boldness.
Cindi firmly believes that as women fall in love with God and follow the principles in His Word, they can be strengthened from the inside out and experience thriving relationships and a more fulfilling life.
As a former women's ministry director, pastor's wife, and trainer in one-to-one and group discipling, Cindi has learned what speaks to the hearts of women and has incorporated that insight into her writing and speaking. Her years of ministering to women have led to the writing and publication of 17 books, including When Women Walk Alone (more than 130,000 copies sold), When a Woman Discovers Her Dream, When You're Running on Empty, 10 Secrets to Becoming a Worry-Free Mom, When a Woman Overcomes Life's Hurts, When God Sees Your Tears, and Drama Free: Finding Peace When Emotions Overwhelm You. Cindi is currently writing two more books for Harvest House Publishers on The New Loneliness that women are experiencing in this post-pandemic era of isolation, social media pressure, and self-reliance. She will be speaking on The New Loneliness: Connecting Deeper with God and Others in her retreat and conference speaking beginning January 2024. (Her new books release in early 2025.)
Cindi is a sought-out media guest and has appeared on hundreds of national tv and radio shows including The Harvest Show, 100 Huntley Street, Family Talk with Dr. James Dobson, Moody's Midday Connection, Moody's Prime Time Radio and The Fish Radio. She has written hundreds of online and print articles and also writes regularly for Crosswalk.com, AriseDaily.com and LifeWay's HomeLife and Journey magazines. She has been married to her husband, Hugh, for more than 35 years and they have co-authored the book, When Couples Walk Together. They have a grown daughter, Dana, who helped contribute to Cindi's book, When a Mom Inspires Her Daughter.
Cindi speaks to women's groups of all sizes, affiliations, and denominations, and says "I especially love to see women come alive as they grasp the life-changing principles, wonderful stories, and tremendous insights from God's Word."

Cindi flew across the country to be the keynote speaker at our Heaven on Earth Women's Retreat. She did a fabulous job aligning each of her four speaking sessions with our theme, weaving in content from her books and personal experiences in a memorable, engaging way. Cindi is inspiring, relatable, and full of Godly wisdom. Each of her main points was backed with scripture and presented clearly, with concrete examples and a sense of humor. We have a diverse group of women at our church, and all of them left with something from her speaking sessions. The last session really brought it all together in an impactful way and encouraged the women to take their next step in their walk with God! I also loved how Cindi connected with our group outside of the sessions, joining us in conversation at mealtime, participating in our pickleball tournament, and even venturing out on a nature hike. She is a genuine woman of God and an excellent speaker. I highly recommend her for your next event!

This was our first Women's Conference which included our whole community, and it went so well. We had women from about seven other churches attend: Catholic, Pentecostal, Baptist, Nondenominational, etc. and the evaluations turned in by the women were totally complementary, especially about Cindi's fun and engaging style of teaching. Women commented that Cindi's teaching from Scripture gave them insights applicable to their daily lives. We also saw the Holy Spirit at work in the bonding of the women at the lunch discussion sessions. The real test was that Cindi sold many books and we began a study in our own Church of one of her books. Cindi was easy to work with in setting up the arrangements. She was willing to fly to Michigan in January from sunny California while the pandemic was still causing a lot of fear in many people. Cindi is an anointed speaker. We were all blessed by her ministry to us.

Cindi was an inspirational speaker to our ladies ranging from 25 to 80 years, as well as new to mature Christians. Speaking on Discovering Your Dream, she utilized spiritual knowledge and wisdom, her perceptions of human nature, personal and second-hand experiences/narratives to challenge us to think about God's dream for our lives. Very real and compassionate, she used enthusiasm, empathy ,as well as humor, in her presentations and discussions with our ladies.

Cindi spoke at our Women's Night Out. It was the night before "the election" and everyone really needed a boost of encouragement. Cindi delivered. The women connected with her stories but also were lifted in their hearts. They came in tired and left refreshed. Several women also mentioned wanting to engage in the story of the Bible in a fresh way. Way to go Cindi...you are a gem!

Cindi recently spoke at our women's conference and packed the rooms. Cindi's topics were very relevant to women and she presented very professionally. She was engaging and vulnerable and funny all at once. She related so well to her audience. I highly recommend Cindi as a speaker.

Cindi is a top notch speaker and author. Her content was very well prepared and delivered, and she included many personal and biblical examples to amplify her teaching.
