I was raised in Martinsville, VA in a Christian home with two loving parents and three older siblings. I experienced God at a very young age and accepted Jesus then. I was involved in music from a young age, as well. Singing and playing the piano to this day are things I love to do.   I even had the opportunity to preach my first sermon at the age of 10 in two different churches.  I began in full-time ministry while still in high school. Ministry training was developed in Cleveland, TN. at New Life Bible College & the New Life Drama Company. (A ministry I traveled with full time for 3 years.) After marrying the love of my life in 1989, we traveled extensively across the United States doing ministry through music, drama and teaching the Bible in local churches. It was during this time that I had my two sons, Billy & Nick.After 11 years on the road, we settled in Greenville, SC where my pastoral leadership was developed.   In 2001, my husband and I felt the call to plant Oasis Community Church, where I currently oversee the Worship Ministry, Women’s Ministry, and Freedom Ministry. I love bringing the truth of God's word to life so people can experience the transformative work of the Spirit to be made well spirit, soul, and body.I enjoy the opportunities where I get to travel to speak at other churches and conferences. I also love to spend time with my two sons, daughter in law, Tawny, and my granddaughter, Presley.
