Evangelist Elizabeth Underwood lives between the outskirts of Dallas Texas and Philadelphia, PA.  She is the CEO & Founder of the Ministry of the MarketPlace Community Development Outreach, Inc. whose Creed is To raise up an army of men and women who will be effective in the Body of Christ, and by effective we mean to be successful in producing a desired or intended result; thus fulfilling a specified function

 Effective is derived from a Latin word which indicates to work out, to accomplish -- and we can all do that by being “willing” to grow up and henceforth be no more children driven by every wind of doctrine.  Thus the name, “Willing Heart Ministries” was derived under the umbrella of the Ministry of the Marketplace. December 30, 1994 is the birth date of Willing Heart Ministries. 

HER MOTTO Says: I am a teacher. Taught in public education for years. It is my desire that others use my nuggets in their ministry to share with others because I don't know everybody in the World but I know people in the World need knowledge so that they do not perish.
