From Conflict to Collaboration: High Performance Teaming

This training focuses on getting the workgroup motivated to maximally achieve the organization’s goals and strategic initiatives as a strong collective whole. It is designed to help team members and team leads learn how to make the teams effective and proficient in the execution of their performance. Participants will learn the following:

  • How to create, manage, and sustain high-performance in the team environment.

  • How to identify the workplace personality types in the team composite.

  • How to maximize communication in the team dynamic with diverse personalities and cultures.

  • How to maximize diversity in the team composite to achieve maximum team success.

  • How to reach positive resolution of conflict situations and circumstances.

Topics include the characteristics of effective and ineffective teams, stages of team development, examining team members' personality profiles, establishing team norms, understanding team cognition, promoting result oriented, cultivating cultural inclusiveness, and dealing with difficult people.

This program can be structured as a seminar, workshop, or 1 to 2 day training course.
