Ed. is a highly respected leader and motivational speaker empowering audiences in Africa (Kenya and Uganda), Germany, India, Korea, Russia and the various parts of the United States. Trina held a professional military career for 21 years and currently teaches a high school leadership class for students 9-12th, Cultural Diversity, and Online College Success for an accredited university. Trina is the author of 9/11: Pentagon S.O.S., Leadership Strategies of Survival. Trina is also an ordained minister who has served in multiple capacities which include the Directors of Christian Education, Community Development Corporation, Bible College, Women’s Outreach and Prayer. Trina is a certified Association of Christian Schools International, Continuing Education (CEU) Provider and has earned a Bachelor’s Degree with Distinction in Social Psychology, and a Master’s Degree in Education.

Preparation begins with intimacy, for you have to have a intimate relationship with the Commander in Chief, in order to understand the strategy He wants you to pursue for His Kingdom. One day on a prayer mission trip, we were talking about getting ready for take the land for Christ and how to look out for the enemy. What came to my mind was military terms. Battle, Battle Fatigue, Battle Buddy (Accountability), Armor, Equipment, strategy. With my prior military experience, I will show you how to go to war for everything the enemy fights you for: Marriage, Children, Ministry, Finances, and Destiny.

| This letter is to serve as my formal recommendation for Trina M. Hines. I have known Ms. Hines since March 1996 and found her to be an exemplary role model for both Soldiers and Department of Army Senior Civilians. We served in the military together in the Republic of Korea and at Fort Gordon, Georgia. As a noncommissioned officer, I found Ms. Hines to be a dedicated professional with a consistent strong work ethic and fierce devotion to duty; to put it bluntly, she walked the talk. Upon completion of my military career, I was hired to serve as Director of the Personnel Management of Executives (PME) program at the Army Management Staff College located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. I was hard pressed to revitalize the PME program (oldest continually ran executive training program for the Army) and locate refreshing and gifted leaders to come and serve as guest presenters on the subjects of leadership, management, and team building. I literally combed the nation and put together a panel of some of the brightest that our nation had to offer. Ms. Hines was a clear choice and perfect fit; she was one of the few that I placed in both my PME I and PME II programs. I found Ms. Hines to be a passionate communicator with a heart to produce high quality results from our executives. She is a true leader and educator. For these reasons, I recommend Trina Hines as a candidate for your next program. |

| I have known Ms. Trina Hines for approximately 10 years. She served as the Director of New Life Community Development Corporation, a nonprofit organization serving at-risk youth and adults with education, social services and economic empowerment, throughout Prince William County, local surrounding communities, and abroad in Kenya, Africa.
