  • S.O.S:Strategies of Survival
  • Sample 1: You are an successful over comer. Yes, life is filled with up's and down's, which for the most part most people understand. Yet, what do you do when you face your own personal terrorist; workplace bullies, business scams, or Judas in ministry. Tina Turner sang: What does love have to do with it? The Bible clearly says, "Everything". Hate is a bitter enemy of one’s soul. In this presentation you will learn how not to allow your enemies get the best of you. You will hear Trina’s personal testimony of September 11 working at the Pentagon and how to forgive and fulfill your purpose even when life hits you with unexpected challenges.
  • Encouragement in Difficult Times
  • I found God to be faithful in all situations. My inspirational messages on spiritual healing speak to the people who are facing difficult situations in life. Unemployment, foreclosure, challenging relationships and difficult situations are about what God wants to do through you.
  • Authentic Leadership
  • Build people, build revenue. Build, people, build the Kingdom. Know when to lead like Deborah and pray like Hannah. Be wise as Esther and have faith like Rahab. Yes, Rahab. It’s not how you start, it’s how you finish. Authentic leaders know who they are, to whom they belong and are transparent in their deliver. With over 20 years of military experience and ministry experience I will show you how to build programs, volunteers departments, and ministries by simple principles of the using the gifts that is already in you.

  • Strategic Prayer Warrior
  • A soldier does not go to battle without proper training, preparation, equipment, and resources. Preparation begins with intimacy, for you have to have a intimate relationship with the Commander in Chief, in order to understand the strategy He wants you to pursue for His Kingdom. One day on a prayer mission trip, we were talking about getting ready for take the land for Christ and how to look out for the enemy. What came to my mind was military terms. Battle, Battle Fatigue, Battle Buddy (Accountability), Armor, Equipment, strategy. With my prior military experience, I will show you how to go to war for everything the enemy fights you for: Marriage, Children, Ministry, Finances, and Destiny.
  • Designed specifically around your theme and topic.
  • I have provided a small example of the popular workshop and seminars in Presentation 1-5. I design workshop around your theme.
I count it a privilege and an honor to recommend Trina as a motivational speaker, trainer, and seminar and workshop facilitator. Trina is a professional dedicated woman of God, loving wife, mother, teacher, intercessor, and president of CEEMPOWERMENT (faith-based) and Customized Global Learning, LLC (for profit) company. Trina’s achievements are too many to mention so I will summarize just a few: Ordained and Licensed Minster, Professional Speaker, Retired Army First Sergeant, Christian Education Director, Christian Bible College Director, Community Development Corporation Executive Director, Community Service Award Recipient, Bachelors in Social Psychology and Master Degree in Education Graduate, and a current Doctorate Student in Education Technology and Leadership.I have known Trina for over 23 years and have watched her grow both naturally and spiritually. Trina and I served together in the Army for 18 of our 20-years of military service. I have been her senior pastor for 12 months, previous executive pastor for 5-years and her husband for 22-years. Trina has served in many ministry capacities and has maintained a balance with family, ministry, and work. Trina is a September 11 Pentagon survivor and she has a powerful story of healing, hope, strength, leadership and stress management. Again, I highly recommend Trina.
This letter is to serve as my formal recommendation for Trina M. Hines. I have known Ms. Hines since March 1996 and found her to be an exemplary role model for both Soldiers and Department of Army Senior Civilians. We served in the military together in the Republic of Korea and at Fort Gordon, Georgia. As a noncommissioned officer, I found Ms. Hines to be a dedicated professional with a consistent strong work ethic and fierce devotion to duty; to put it bluntly, she walked the talk. Upon completion of my military career, I was hired to serve as Director of the Personnel Management of Executives (PME) program at the Army Management Staff College located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. I was hard pressed to revitalize the PME program (oldest continually ran executive training program for the Army) and locate refreshing and gifted leaders to come and serve as guest presenters on the subjects of leadership, management, and team building. I literally combed the nation and put together a panel of some of the brightest that our nation had to offer. Ms. Hines was a clear choice and perfect fit; she was one of the few that I placed in both my PME I and PME II programs. I found Ms. Hines to be a passionate communicator with a heart to produce high quality results from our executives. She is a true leader and educator. For these reasons, I recommend Trina Hines as a candidate for your next program.
I have known Ms. Trina Hines for approximately 10 years. She served as the Director of New Life Community Development Corporation, a nonprofit organization serving at-risk youth and adults with education, social services and economic empowerment, throughout Prince William County, local surrounding communities, and abroad in Kenya, Africa. I have found her dedication to professionalism to be impeccable. Her demeanor is always above reproach, as she remains keenly aware of her responsibility to provide excellent service to clients and staff. Trina foster an atmosphere of respect within the corporation, her church and community. . I must also state that she is an academic achiever. I have observed and reviewed products that she prepared for presentation. They are always prepared from careful and thoroughly thought through to completion. I’ve met many people throughout my career across the country as a Deputy Director for all Army Installation Small Business Programs –U.S. wide, but I’ve yet to meet anyone that compares to Trina in terms of passion and commitment to excellence. I highly endorse Mr. Trina Hines. Her potential for success is unlimited.
