What
should I do if I didn't get the product I ordered?
All
of our products and services are online--there is
nothing to ship, ever. The system is set up to send
your product out, via email, to email address you
included on the order form. It is automatically sent
the moment your payment transaction has been processed.
If it didn't come through to you, it is either because
the email address had a typo or, more likely, because
your email program viewed our message as SPAM. The
emails are automatically generated, so this sometimes
happens.

- Add "info@marnie.com" to your email contacts
list. This will insure that any future automatically
generated emails we send to you will make it through
your SPAM blocker.

- Complete the support form HERE.
Please be as specific as possible. Include your order
# if possible. [If not, no problem; it just takes
us a few extra minutes to look it up.]

- Allow us to respond to you via email asap. Calling
will not significantly speed things up. Details HERE.
It
is our goal to serve you as quickly as possible. If
our inability to provide immediate customer service
is hard for you, we will gladly refund your money!
