me to explain our situation:
My
name is MC and I am the customer service manager for
Marnie's sites and membership programs. I work part-time
from my home office in the Philippines. I do my work
remotely, typically during the hours when most of
you are sleeping.
As
soon as we receive a "new" question (one
that hasn't already been answered in these pages),
we add a FAQ response online. Please try to
find your answer at right before contacting us: The
online FAQS are very complete, very fast and very
cost effective for all of us.
However,
if you cannot quickly find the answer to your question...

Option
#1: Submit a support ticket HERE.
We can usually reply within 1 business day.
Option
#2: If you feel it is critical to talk
with someone, you may attempt to reach someone
at hour U.S. office HERE.
Note: We do not have office staff or office
hours. We simply do the work when we can fit
it in between Marnie's other business responsibilities.

When
Will you Get More Staff?
Marnie
is serving women's ministry leaders from around the
world, many using scholarships vs. paying full tuition.
She is also juggling her responsibilities with the
family restaurant and retail store, writing, etc.
She's rarely able to personally answer phone inquiries.
Hiring
employees to provide 24/7/365 phone support (even
just one employee at minimum wage for all those hours)
costs $60,000/year. At this point, that investment
would need to be passed along to you at higher membership
fees.
Preferring
to continue with these lower fees, and knowing that
we can 99.9% of the time provide excellent service
via email within 12-24 hours, we are not planning
to add additional staff at this time. Thank you for
