me to explain our situation:
Most
of our services are offered for FREE or below industry
standard pricing because our ministry is geared toward
smaller groups who often have little or no budget.
We keep our prices as low as possible.
In
addition, we serve clients from every continent.
Hiring
employees to provide 24/7/365 phone support (even
just one employee at minimum wage for all those hours)
would cost $60,000/year. That investment would need
to be passed along to you.
My
name is Keren and I am the only paid employee, working
part-time as the customer service rep. I do my work
remote during hours that fit into my schedule. (I
attend college full-time.)

soon as we receive a "new" question (one
that hasn't already been answered in these pages),
we add a FAQ response online. Please try to
find your answer at right before contacting us: The
online FAQS are very complete, very fast and very
cost effective for all of us.
